The Father God confirmed to me on yesterday that He still speaks to the hearts of man. How does He do that? Have you ever experienced having someone on your heart maybe daily, maybe once a week, a month, a year? Let me assure you that what you are hearing/thinking is the voice of the Holy Spirit. In that moment He is telling you that there is something wrong going on with that person and the Father would be pleased if you listen to your heart and whatever He has put in there is something that the person needs that you are thinking about.
Many people think and believe that God is going to come down and help people. Guess what, He is not. Jesus said that it was finished at the cross. He taught, prepared the way and left the Holy Spirit here to help us carry out His Will.
Many people will question that voice and out of greed or selfishness say, “Well that ain’t God” or “I’m not helping anyone nobody did anything for me” or “I need mine for myself”
There is a scripture that instructs us on how to handle these situations:
1 John Chapter 3
16 Hereby perceive we the love [of God], because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down [our] lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels [of compassion] from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
James Chapter 2
14 What [doth it] profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be [ye] warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what [doth it] profit?
So these scriptures shows us that there are going to people in need and there are going to people that has this world’s goods. Our heart gets tested when the people that have see the people that have not. Many people in that moment become “judges of the situation” in order to pacify their conscience.
Many people that find themselves in need are not all “con artists” or someone that’s lazy and won’t work. Life happens to us all and I believe that if you “profess” Jesus Christ then He expects us to be our “brothers and sisters” keepers.
For we are indeed one body because of our relationship with him and in a body when one member of your body hurt, you are going to feel it, even if it’s a hang nail or toenail.
So this is how he speaks today.
And for those that obey there are scriptures to cover that as well:
If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
Proverbs 19:17 | View whole chapter | See verse in context
He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
So to the obedient, May God continually bless and prosper you!
